I have been with MHS for 20 yrs. They recently got rid of their scheduler and moved it to a horrible, rude team that you can barely understand. I usually am able to get a same day appointment or next day... thos lady just booked me for SIX days away. This is insane. I am sooo upset!!! Why change a system that is not broken. I had to tell that lady multiple times my name and birthday and she still took triple the time to schedule me. Crazy
Really loved the office at first, I’ve been going here for 1 year. I’ve recently started anti-depressants and apparently my the Dr I was seeing is no longer with the practice. I’ve been actively calling to get my prescription refilled for TWO weeks, I was getting the run around saying they’re waiting on the Dr to sign off on it. After a week I was told that my Dr is no longer with the practice so they were waiting for another Dr to sign off on it. Dr Moore is amazing can’t say enough about him. Debbie is the best receptionist I’ve ever met very kind caring and loves her sports lol. Everyone is pleasant caring and easy to talk to. Best doctors office I’ve ever been to I’m 60 so been to a lot.
I have been going here for 4 years now! I’ve had ups and downs and have to admit I’ve had a few bad experiences with unprofessional staff. However the front desk and my provider CH have been excellent! They went out of their way to help me and my husband today with prescriptions that we waited until the last minute to ask for. They were courteous and helpful! I think some of the bad reviews come from people that don’t understand how difficult their job is and how unappreciative and demanding patients can be!
