Doesn't anyone know how to pick up a phone? Some of us have meds we need but nobody there cares enough to even answer the phone or give a call back. Very unprofessional & if your office is that busy HIRE MORE WORKERS! First time I saw Dr Moore at his new office the receptionist was very rude & and instead of asking nicely for my license & medical card she snapped at me! They wouldn't even let me see Dr Moore which is not cool. He's been my dr 4 years & I refuse to see another Dr. Wish he would go back to his old office

The staff is terriblly rude, although they are consistent, so at least they have that going for them.

I have been fighting with the staff there for 3 days trying to get my medications called in for my anxiety and neuropathy all they keep doing is hanging up on me this is so unprofessional I never had this problem when my Dr was at the last office this is ridiculous way to treat a patient like garbage
