Fired me as a patient because I was asking too many valid questions concerning my health. Also, very rude & unprofessional!
We switched to this office because our doctor moved there, but after all the nonsense with getting prescriptions we are looking for a doctor. The other issue is when you call the woman is rude, puts you on hold then hangs up on you.
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. The front desk lady (blonde hair) is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called this morning because I left a message with them a week ago (and never heard back) regarding prior authorization for my medication. She yelled at me and said “this is the front desk I don’t do anything for prior auths” I explained I was told by my pharmacy to reach out to my doctors office.
