This place is the most unprofessional place i’ve been to. The NP I seen the end of June couldn’t find a test they ordered from April or the one from early June telling “ they are short staffed “! When I state that as very frustrating she said to me clearly “ maybe someone needs to go home and chill out”! Unbelievable unprofessional and dismissive!😡
Katelyn is just the best. She listens and cares. I don't remember when I've had such good care in Genesee county.
Debbie, who works at the front desk might need to go back for training on how to treat customers. She is extremely rude and nasty. We don’t need additional stress when trying to see our physician. And, she has no idea what other people have going on so just be kind.
My son has been seeing Courtney for about 2 years now and we love her so much I've switched my other son and myself to her and I believe my mom has switched to her now as well. She's super sweet and will listen to any concerns. She's very caring and patient and that's literally all we could ask for.
