Dr. Pannu and his staff are very professional and friendly! Deena, Jen and all the others were great in helping me to see Dr.Tejpaul Pannu, and to get neccessary paperwork processed! Dr. Pannu is in the top of his field. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He is also very kind. He explained everything in detail to my wife and I as it pertains to my particular situation. Long story short; DR Pannu is a excellent doctor! He is easy to talk to. He is confident without being arrogant. He is friendly and makes you feel like you're in safe and skilled hands; which you are. Long story long; I was terrified of surgery. I had Acdf surgery on my C4-C7. Oct 2025 I’m still recovering .. today is Nov 15th 2025 . I was very worried about having the surgery but Dr Pannu was amazing ,he eased my mind before surgery! I highly recommend him.
What a careless and thoughtless desk worker. I was in a car accident and fractured my spine. My paperwork said I need to see this dr. I called, the lady immediately asked my insurance and said they didn't cover it and I'll have to find someone that does. My car insurance is what will cover it. You didn't bother to ask that. I told you I was in a car accident
I called to make an appointment and the receptionist acted like she didn't even want to make my appointment. She was extremely rude. Apparently they don't care to get new patients. Good luck.
