Dr. helchowski is very kind and is very compassionate. And thank you to the staff for being patient.
I was there recently to see Doctor Junn who had diagnosed me with nerapathy in my right leg 10 years ago apparently a he has changed he's came in the room yelling at me to get out of the wheelchair why am I in the wheelchair I tried telling him that I can't walk long distances without falling but all I could get out was I can't walk Before he started yelling at me again he cut off every sentence I tried to say he was very rude and very obnoxious I will not be seeing him again As far as my neck is concerned he looked at me an... read more
In pain and made to sit for over an hour due to staff not paying attention. Made this appointment before Thanksgiving. Got here checked in and I was forgotten about. When I brought it to their attention It was no big deal and I was told to wait longer. No apologies for the error. No respect for my time. So far not good at all.
Call people back at a timely matter apt at 8:15 call us back at 8:15 or reschedule people if you are too booked
