Came out to check wind damage on my roof and said we had a ton of hail damage and could get an easy claim with insurance. Filed a claim and the insurance said there was no hail damage. Since that I have tried to contact Cedarcrest Exteriors about next steps and why they said I had hail damage when I did not. They will not return my calls or emails. Now I look like an idiot with the insurance company cause Cedarcrest wanted to make a quick buck. Do not trust Jacob or Ken, take you business elsewhere.
Professional and dependable. Job was completed as scheduled. Clean up was great. Roofers are polite and pay attention to detail. Price was on target. I confidently recommend this Company. They did an excellent job.
