edit: THIS GUY IS CURRENTLY IN JAIL. I had a similar experience to that of Praj Deo below. I contacted Ken (the owner) in late September/early October and received a quote of $1100. He promised installation before the end of October, and here I am with no gutters on December 1st. Ken has ignored numerous calls, emails, and text messages. Please beware of these fraud people. Learn from my mistake I was in need of gutter replacement at my house in Canton Michigan. As per recommendation from Mazin Jishi who has given 5 star to this company, I called Ken who is the owner of this company. He came at my home with his Partner on 08,Sept. After deciding price to change gutter, he asked me $400 deposite to purchase the material and promised that he will start work on 14,sept. I contracted this firm to replace some gutters at my home. Simple job and the work was planned for when I was out of town so I paid in full in advance. The work was done but not completely as agreed in the contract. A downspout in a critical location was not installed. Then the problems came. The company billed me. Then remembered I paid in advance.
