Poor poor landlord, had no water for a month for me and my kids. Took my deposit and wouldn't give it back after 2 months of being there. Do not rent from this man

The house being rented on 1833 N Bond floods in the basement & garage from foundation issues, the landlord doesn’t say anything to the tenants about the issues. Seems to be a typical slumlord that tries to do “cheap, quick fixes” to major problems. I’ve watched so many people move in and out of that house. He says it’s “fixed” and that plumbing will work on it ,… lies of course. He charged his last tenants $1,650.00 not including utilities for a pile with sprinkles on it.

This is such a great and reliable company. They made me feel like family, and what I value most is that they were always available and made sure my questions were answered! I would recommend this company to family and friends!

They are very reliable, responsible, and quick to address any questions regarding their property. I have had great interactions with the representative. They are very easy to communicate regarding their house rentals.
