The house being rented on 1833 N Bond floods in the basement & garage from foundation issues, the landlord doesn’t say anything to the tenants about the issues. Seems to be a typical slumlord that tries to do “cheap, quick fixes” to major problems. I’ve watched so many people move in and out of that house. He says it’s “fixed” and that plumbing will work on it ,… lies of course. He charged his last tenants $1,650.00 not including utilities for a pile with sprinkles on it.

They are very reliable, responsible, and quick to address any questions regarding their property. I have had great interactions with the representative. They are very easy to communicate regarding their house rentals.

I was looking for a good quality house to rent in Saginaw and they have been very helpful. Their houses are well taken care of which is important for me. They also charge no realtor fee. Great and reliable.
