Overall, I have had good and positive experiences with mfcu. However, the women that's works at this site has a bad attitude. I left because I wasn't in the mood for her attitude. Her tone and delivery was very unprofessional. I felt as though I was bothering her.
Worse bank ever they will tell you to wait 10 to 14 days for a resolution to an ATM dispute. It took 30 days for the dispute to be resolved. this is my 2nd ATM dispute in 2 months with 2 co-op banks. They trying to tell me 10 days again for this time. THIS BANK DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY OR DEBT THEY WILL CAUSE BY TAKING THEIR TIME PUTTING EVERYTHING ON THE OTHER INSTITUTION.
