Avoid MI 1st like the plague. They didn't even bother trying to follow up with the prior bad review I left to see if they can try to make anything right --Tells you all you need to know. Getting an autopayment on my home equity loan has been a nightmare since getting repeated misinformation from MI 1st, and now they've charged me late fees they "can't" remove, double charging them -- whoops!
