My family was with Grand Rapids Family Credit Union for decades and then it changed to Michigan First a number of years ago and it was fine.... Went corporate, things got more difficult but I kept some money here and helped my grandma get there even if not convenient. Today my 89 year old grandma had to use the bathroom or pee her pants and now the bathrooms (2 of them) that were available to use before are not available to "public" well I'm sorry my 89 year old grandma is a security risk.
I have been banking with this bank for over a decade and anytime I get locked out of my online banking , have any issue whatsoever, it takes hours and I mean hours to get through their call center. I've been hung up on several times, have to recall over and over and over. I don't like to leave bad reviews but how much of my time this bank has wasted is beyond words. I'm taking my biz elsewhere as obviously they don't know how to treat people.
Avoid Kelly. How can a teller have such poor emotional intelligence? Sneeze wrong and she will have security called on you. Makes for a great experience.
