I absolutely cannot stand this credit union. I have been with this place for 10 years and it has been a headache every time I come in contact with them. It is terrible if you travel out of the state often, poor branch management, lack the ability to have accurate systems in place, their points system is an absolute joke, and the fraud protection is a nightmare. I have been with Michigan First since I was 8 yrs old. They are excellent at their job. They make you feel like family. They take the time out and help kids understand what a bank can do for them and how their money works.
Rude staff,especially the management,does not listen or care about issues or feelings, would not recommend the new center branch!
I use to love banking with them until I met with a Financial service representative by the name of Ghislaine Morrow she was horrible just a bad luck lady after I told the Bank teller I should wait for the lady I always deal with she insist that I see the lady Ghislaine Morrow which I did in I had a horrible experience with this lady she is just a awful person all the way around I’m going to another credit union that appreciates they customers so if you go to this one please don’t meet with Ghislaine Morrow she will make you ... read more
