I had an appointment today with Dr Kenneth Colton- what a kind helpful doctor. They just don't make them like that anymore- five star doctor- five-star person
Very disappointing experience. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, but the doctor didn’t show up until 9:45. He started the examination, then suddenly said, “One second,” and walked out. I assumed he was coming back, but a few minutes later, the nurse came in for bloodwork and told me the visit was over! I still had questions, concerns I wanted to discuss, and prescriptions that needed refills. I felt rushed, ignored, and completely dissatisfied with the care I received. My last visit at village medical was a very good experience. My doctor was able to assist me with all my issues. I would recommend village medical to anyone that is looking for a good medical doctor and staff.
Village Medical is the worst doctors office in Westland Wayne East Dearborn and all over Michigan area one of the worst disrespect Office you gotta keep calling in five times in a row and they still haven’t refill my prescriptions lazy BS
