I was impressed by a couple things here: 1. Their online scheduling actually works. I think this is the first doctor's office I've visited where booking through the website was fully official and functional. I wasn't expecting to be able to schedule without making a phone call but it worked perfectly. 2. The woman who did initial testing was very pleasant and had an entertaining personality. I had a very, very negative experience with this outfit. The doctor claimed I needed Lasik surgery - at an out of pocket cost of $800+. A second opinion from a highly reputable ophthalmologist found I DID NOT need Lasik AT ALL - just a pair of glasses which were covered by my insurance. And the so-called "practice manager" was extremely rude.
