Their customer service is ridiculous. Had a woman tell me my exam was covered but I should call my insurance to see if I’d have to pay for glasses. Turns out I’m covered. I call back only to speak to a guy saying I might not be covered even though I gave him the same information I gave the woman. She checked and said I was good. I asked the guy to check and he said there was no way he could do that. Please tell your customer service to get their stories straight. I wasted 15 minutes of my life to get absolutely nowhere.
The care is wonderful. Scheduling is a joke.
I had a lovely experience here as a new patient. The entire staff was exceedingly kind and helpful. I also saw many staffers stopping to say a quick hello to a patient they recognized in the hall as they walked by. My vision situation is a little complicated, but Dr. Johnson was the first ophthalmologist I’ve seen who immediately got it. He had clearly considered my vision experience in advance and walked in with an idea ready for how best to address it on a deeply empathetic and realistic level. My first visit was yesterday and I was so impressed by the flow of the office. It was so efficient and everyone was very friendly!!
Outstanding experience from beginning to end. The wait was minimal. After I was called, they moved me through the testing process very efficiently. Communication level was very high and easy to understand Checkout was quick and the staff was very friendly. I feel I made a good decision in going here
