Horrible! I started going to MEI when they merged with my current eye care. Place is always running behind. I went last year and waited almost an hour after my appointment time. Was told this rarely happens and took their word for it. Came back yesterday for my yearly exam and waited 40 minutes before I was approached by a tech who said she would be right back, she was getting a room ready -after waiting another 5 minutes I left.
