People were great but it was a very long wait. I had a 1:40 appointment and two ladies in front of me both had a 1:20 appointment with the same Dr as me. St Aubin I believe . Not cool
As soon as I walked in for my appointment, I was given the "over 15 minute late" speach and told I would have to pay a late fee and that the doctor wouldn't be able to see me. I couldn't believe what she was saying. I told her I received a call the day before changing my appointment time by 20 minutes, she had to check with another employee to verify. Boy, I was really unsettled there for a bit. Hopefully she can check the facts before dishing out the "late" speach. Then I waited another 15 minutes to get called back anyway.
