Very friendly. Thorough. Very professional, listens to your concerns. Explains things in a professional way, yet not condescending. Ordered glasses, Tina was awesome. Helped with my selection, have 2 insurances, checked both for best price, explained everything. Would definitely recommend. Have been to their other offices, love the people at the grand blanc location.
