I had a severe ear infection with terrible pain. I saw Dr Orton (only doctor available on short notice) and my visit was very unpleasant . He couldn't really help and caused me incredible pain poking in my infected ear without anesthesia. He wanted to put tubes in my ear although I had a terrible infection. I got a horrendous bill for medical work that was not performed. I complaint but without success. RecommendedDr. Behler is the best...I used to be a patient for years.. found out that he left metro..did a google search and found out where he went...extremely happy that I did...I dont trust anyone else I work on my ears

after going to a different ent practice and walking out due to being left in waiting room for over an hour, I made appointment here. I did wait but only for 1/2 hour. doctor Behler apologized immediately for the wait. so far I have only spoke with happy staff and my visit went very well.
Rude unhelpful staff unwilling to listen or assist, practically cut me off on the phone. Customer service.. ZILCH> I said I will call elsewhere, ok bye! WOW, just wow...

Vey flexible with schedules. And since I have anxiety I hate going to the doctor but I absolutely LOVE Michigan ENT and Allergy Specialists. Doctors are very friendly and very knowledgeable in what they do/ understanding my pain and anxiousness and I am happy to continue to be a patient.
I saw Jacob Giddings for hearing aids. He went out of his way to be helpful at the office, and was patient with my questions. I would recommend him for all of your hearing aid needs.
My insurance company made a mistake and a large bill did not get paid. Consequently they will not refill a prescription for me. Wow. Unethical. Expensive as well. Steer clear.
Incredibly helpful, flexible, and friendly. I've been to many doctors and they are by far the most accommodating, professional, and reliable practice I've ever been a patient of.
