I reached out to Mac to do an energy audit of my newly constructed bonus room above the garage after I was having some issues with the room holding heat. The room was spray foamed, so it should be perfect - right? Mac came out and did a thermal scan and instantly found where cold air was getting into the walls. He ended up going into the kneewall attic and found holes in the spray foam that was not very obvious because they were covered up with fiberglass. After Michigan Energy completed an energy audit on my home, then contracted the necessary work, Michigan Energy submitted an application on my behalf for rebates through the Consumers EnergyHome Performance program, I received a $950 check from Consumers Energy!!!!!

I hired Mac as a third party analyst for a customer my company was having difficulty getting through to. Mac was very patient and dealt with the customer independently and adroitly. His analysis was thorough and informative, and I will definitely call on Mac again if needed for professional services and maybe even at my own home.
