Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.
