Updated 2024: Someone on their staff called me within 24 hours and helped me resolve things in relation to my late mother's possible account. They were very nice. I didn't care for them asking if I gave them a bad review though. It didn't feel as if they called because they cared,but more for me to fix the rating. Changed the rating, but I don't think that's the most sincere way to handle things. This occurred Summer 2024.
ATM outside and inside have both eaten my debit card and the bank can't do anything to give it back. Every time i come here i regret it.
Waited for q5 minutes to speak with someone just for them to turn the phoes off after all that time waiting. It's already bad enough I'm calling about an account my mother had before she died. Please make it easier for people to contact you. Also, option 0 for the operator does NOT work.
