Marsha and Sara were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. From the apartment tour to signing the lease. They were always quick to respond and made everything smooth and efficient. The two-bedroom apartments are especially nice, very spacious, and well laid out. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment!
I really enjoyed staying here at Michigan East apartments - the apartments are very spacious, clean, and affordable. They are also very prompt about responding to maintanence requests. Property manager Marsha is very friendly and super helpful! Even though the apartment complex is a bit far from campus, green and red buses are easily accessible and they'll get you to campus within 15 minutes. The neighborhood is also very quiet and green with a park and tennis courts within 5 minutes of walking distance.
Lived here for 12 years, and am only leaving because we're not going to be living in the area anymore. The value is amazing, the property manager is awesome. You're not getting luxury--but you're not paying for luxury. What you are getting is all the stuff you need, in a nice-sized apartment, with responsive staff.
I’ve been living here since August 2025, and I absolutely love my apartment. The layout of the rooms is fantastic—very functional and comfortable. I also really appreciate having the option to rent the unit furnished or unfurnished, which makes it so convenient depending on your needs. The property is very clean and well-maintained. I've lived here for 5 years and couldn't be more satisfied! The apartments on the east side are spacious, affordable, and the neighbors are mostly families so no noise/partying. Every time I needed any maintenance their team handled it promptly. The manager (Marsha) is very friendly and supportive. The neighborhood is very safe, never had any issues.
