I’ve been living here since August 2025, and I absolutely love my apartment. The layout of the rooms is fantastic—very functional and comfortable. I also really appreciate having the option to rent the unit furnished or unfurnished, which makes it so convenient depending on your needs. The property is very clean and well-maintained. During the winter, there was always someone promptly taking care of snow removal and shoveling, which made a big difference. I've lived here for 5 years and couldn't be more satisfied! The apartments on the east side are spacious, affordable, and the neighbors are mostly families so no noise/partying. Every time I needed any maintenance their team handled it promptly. The manager (Marsha) is very friendly and supportive. The neighborhood is very safe, never had any issues. We've been at CPM for about seven years now... and we intend to stay here until we have to leave for another state... We are comfortable and generally do feel safe here, as we work towards a better life... Our space is generous and living areas pleasant and peaceful... where immigrant families working towards a better future for themselves reside... I had an excellent stay here. The apartment was spacious and the location was relatively convenient to get to U of I. Whenever I had a problem, Marsha always addressed it for me immediately. It's also really reasonable for a 2-bedroom ($850/month). Highly recommended.
Spacious apartments, quiet neighborhood. Whenever you need maintenance, they are very quick in responding and resolving any issues. Marsha and Sara, they are both very nice, helpful, and responsive. Recommended.
