I’ve been waiting for AC repairs for days. It is 80 degrees, all my windows are open and the fans are going max, and last night I almost threw up. Absolutely unacceptable. Edit: CPM was able to get me set up with a temporary window unit, after 2 days of calling. Marsha, the manager, was in my corner and has been doing a lot to resolve the various issues with the apartment. The customer service by Carol and Marsha is great and the maintenance personnel Benjamin McEndarfer and others attend to issues very quickly and have great customer service.
The apartments are spacious. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Marsha and Carol are helpful.

Carol is hands down the greatest property manager / leasing manager I have ever seen. My most favorite apartment complex in CU area. I wish I could have stayed here longer. Moving out of state for job. I enjoyed my stay here to the fullest extent. All the best wishes to Carol. Regards!
