This is one of the best medical offices I have ever been too. They are quick to book appointments, follow up, and care. Kylie Strange was amazing and helped my really bad double ear infection. She followed up even on the weekend after they did a test to make sure I got the right medication. I highly recommend!
I don't normally write reviews, but I felt moved to because I had a great experience. Today was my first appointment with Kylie. She was super nice and informative and made me feel really comfortable. From the moment I walked in the front desk staff was really friendly and personable. And the gal who tested my ears, Rachel, explained everything really well, what I needed to do was very nice as well. We were able to get an appointment when other ear nose and throat doctors were booked up till August. This was the best experience we’ve had. Everyone is cheerful, professional, and happy making us as comfortable as can be. I recommend this place highly. I’ve been to so many doctors and the nurses are grouchy and and angry. This place is not like that. I call it a happy place if you need a specialist call this place. You’ll be happy.
Broke my nose so made an appointment on Monday. Friday morning I get a voicemail that it is cancelled due to bad coordination with doctors. The receptionist did try to make another appointment but she was very short and unsympathetic. Unfortunate that I didn't get to meet the "highly rated" doctors but if the front office can't take care of something this urgent with care, then I am not their patient. Decided to go elsewhere.
Can’t say enough great things about this whole office. Dr. Bahu and Evan are fantastic and know their stuff, felt very comfortable with my son in their hands! Also, Rose was so nice while scheduling the surgery and was genuinely concerned and thoughtful! The office staff is also pleasant as well!
