Drove 150 miles to Clarkston for an appointment. Was advised when arrived that they shifted the appointment to the next day. I had text confirming that my appointment was on the day and time that I showed up. No sympathy. Told me they’d have to reschedule and oh by the way, the hearing aid that I was interested in, they couldn’t fit at that office. I’d have to reschedule at another office. Awful experience.
This is one of the best medical offices I have ever been too. They are quick to book appointments, follow up, and care. Kylie Strange was amazing and helped my really bad double ear infection. She followed up even on the weekend after they did a test to make sure I got the right medication. I highly recommend!
I don't normally write reviews, but I felt moved to because I had a great experience. Today was my first appointment with Kylie. She was super nice and informative and made me feel really comfortable. From the moment I walked in the front desk staff was really friendly and personable. And the gal who tested my ears, Rachel, explained everything really well, what I needed to do was very nice as well.
