My doctor and audiologist had been helpful and accurate. Billing department is a nightmare. They need to have an insurance advocate on staff who will talk to the client. An otherwise positive review has been undercut by the extreme difficulty of getting a response from anyone in billing who will be responsible. Hard to reach and never call back. Hearing aids are a big investment, insurance is important to the purchase.
Had an appointment today with Dr. Conway and I'm very pleased. Dr Conway is very friendly and professional. He explained the results of my hearing test and prescribed medication and a follow up appointment in 4 months. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend !
