Been fighting with them for 2 months now to get my birth certificate. Sent them all requested forms that I have (old drivers license and social security card plus the fees for expedited service). Now have a letter stating they need more stuff to verifiy who I am. Problem is, as a disabled vet who's fiancee has all the bills in her name, I have none of the things they want. the people who work here should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. worst place to get resources. you'd have better luck panhandling than getting help here. ACTUAL people are starving and the people here sit behind their desks in their suits, making poor peoples lives even harder. cutting off assistance any chance they get without so much as a phone call. if you're lucky they will notify you by mail, but its not likely. multi-million dollar building but they cant even give the actual tax payers crumbs.. they should all be a... read more
Michigan is committing fraud with ambetter insurance company. Market place is enrolling people without there knowledge and that means State of Michigan is giving out our Social Security number and other information.
This lady Holly is so rude. These staff called me canceled my appointment for my kids and then was rude as all get out. I hate dealing with these people because of people like her.
Nobody knows anything. Absolutely nothing. You go from one place to another and you still don't get the right department. I can't wait for the Trump administration to get in. This will be a whole lot better.
