This lady Holly is so rude. These staff called me canceled my appointment for my kids and then was rude as all get out. I hate dealing with these people because of people like her.
Nobody knows anything. Absolutely nothing. You go from one place to another and you still don't get the right department. I can't wait for the Trump administration to get in. This will be a whole lot better.
I need a copy of my marriage certificate and this was back in July so I walked down to the office downtown. Lansing and the lady gave it information so I took the application came home. Fill it out the very next day I made a copy took it back downtown put it in the slot Today is September 12, 2024 and I still haven’t gotten my copy of my marriage certificate but they cashed my $34 check that they got but no certificate has come to my possession. Where is it or just give me back my money I would definitely love a Refund
