I wish I could rate this office as zero!!! I just spoke with a worker at 350p (Ms. Johnson) and was told to bring my paperwork down and scan it in. When I get there the receptionist at the information desk says you can't scan anything after 330p but you can go to the store and make a copy. Why would I make a copy and I can't leave it at the office nor fax it to the office. The people at this place are extremely ignorant to customer service. Their ignorance is almost amazing.
DHS will save you if you fall on hard times. Don't lie to them and maybe they won't come back and garnish wages. That's the only way they can be frauds but, in reality, that would make you the fraud....don't ya think?
