I live in a property managed by this company, Jim is great and very responsive.
We had a good experience with MCR. Jim is very attentive and professional. Finding a good apartment for my college kid can be difficult. Jim made my experience delighted! He always answers the phone no matter how busy he was. Addressed my questions with patience. Their listing price is reasonable. Thank you, Jim.
I rented in one of their buildings (829 Tappan) for the past year and had a great experience! Any maintenance requests were addressed within 24 hours and were always satisfactory. Residents were always notified when there were any issues (like water being turned off for repair). The rent was extremely reasonable for a great location and large floor plans! Everyone I interacted with was professional, helpful, and kind!
