I have had Michigan Comfort Systwms come to my house for two separate issues. They have been quick (like within hours during the summer for a central air unit) and within a week for general preventative maintenance. Both times they sent competent technicians. I cannot speak highly enough about the work that they did. I have called many contractors in the past year and this company is by far been the most responsive and professional.

I had a very good experience. Hired them for a new furnace/ac and new duct work. Jason is a total professional and reasonably priced. The office lady is super smart and the field tech Larry has his act together. They did a very nice job for me and I will be recommending them to everyone moving forward.

Had a great experience with getting our Central air unit done for our home. Jay was very informative and gave me the best price AND warranty of all 5 estimates I had. The crew who did the install was incredibly respectful of our property and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend!

Had tankless water heater replaced with new unit. Jason and crew were in and out in less than 5 hours. Tarps on floors, no mess left behind. Very professional.
