This is a no star review… His name is Carl, Just like all the other reviews! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They take your deposit and day of the event don’t answer the phone, he tried calling the day after stating that the character had spun out but there was no snow on the roads at the time… and had the audacity to offering to still meet with the character and bring me my full refund back from the character… everything about this company is a RED FLAG! - IF IT’S A GOOD REVIEW IT’S FAKE!!
