Fumbled my paperwork a couple of years ago potentially costing me thousands of dollars. Therapist had no openings, I tried contacting to see if other time slots could be had and was told I would have to be placed on a wait-list. The therapist was great overall, the fumbling of how to get an appointment was clumsy. Certainly have considered trying to re-engage with this office, but the hassle of sitting on a wait-list is a bit too much.
