Didn’t tell me until I got to my appointment (that I had to take day off of work for) that they didn’t take my health insurance. I ran it through with them on the phone while I made the appointment and there was no issue until two days later when I get there. Ridiculous.

The absolute worst. Dr. Nallamothu Double books every fifteen minutes for appointments. He can’t even see one patient every fifteen minutes, much less two! So he’s behind schedule after his very first appointment. We’ve had to come here twice and the first appointment was in the afternoon and we waited over two hours beyond our appointment time. Today we had a 7:30 am appointment and we didn’t get called into a room until 8:30. This is pure greed in my opinion. It’s also incredibly disrespectful of other people. Unless you h... read more

I was in a place with my injury where I didn't know if Workman's comp was going to pick up my bill or not so I had to pay everything out of pocket ($1070) for being seen by the Dr and physical therapy. I got my disapproval for Workman's comp and was told that my regular insurance could be billed for all of my upfront expense, but when I tried to get in touch with someone from the office about it, I kept getting the run around.
