The clinic's ranking In myivf.com is 43/100, they have a very low live birth rate (LBR), for example if you are 35, your LBR in this clinic is only 16%, while in other better clinics like RMA it would be 54%. If you are older, it gets even worse. Ask for their success rates before you start with them. Plus I never met the Dr in my appointmens, only the nurse. I guess she is too busy to meet her patients. And the front desk were unprofessional, they couldn't find the medical records that was faxed to them.

I will start by saying everyone in the Plymouth office is very kind. That’s where the positive experience ends. You will be treated like a number here, and good luck ever speaking to the doctor. After a failed first IUI attempt I had to beg to finally get the doctor to call me back. The group as a whole is extremely disorganized, and consistently made small errors , causing a complete loss of trust and credibility. I've had a nightmare of an experience with this clinic. They referred me out for almost everything I was referred TO their office for- and then failed to send ANYTHING to the doctors they had referred me to. I've never had an office abandon a patient the way this office did me. For an office run by women for fertility treatment they seem clueless on time sensitive issues and it seems the office is not running as smoothly as it once was- the office manager herself telling me my chart had been "lost for 3 weeks".
