Extremely poor experience: Took my cat 262C and for 3000 hour maintenance. Fix the air conditioning, Bushings in door, Overall, make sure the machine is in great condition. Jake and Stephanie Seemed to be very helpful, but the shot failed miserably. They misdiagnosed the AC turning into a $2000 repair. That's just the beginning of my Heartbreak with them. Place seems understaffed. One person doesn't know what the other is doing. Walk in the front door, no greeting or how can I help you, like you gotta drag someone out of their office to get help. Those people aren't happy to be there nor happy to have people there.
