IMPOSTORS posing as diesel mechanics. Parts changers. At customer's expense. My truck has been there since January 13th and they still can't seem to figure out why. I expected more from this name. My truck got there first thing in the morning and it's still there. It was pulling a loaded trailer when the issue began. I was hopeful for the first couple of days, then CAT started asking about payment while simultaneously telling me they had no idea what the malfunction was. Big red flag!
