I stopped yesterday needing an emergency fuel line repair done on my semi with a Cat engine, Adam Dudek didn’t hesitate to help me. He went above and beyond, to help. I wish I knew the name of the mechanic that actually jumped right in to work on my truck but I don’t, but to that mechanic your work was greatly appreciated sir. I originally went to freightliner in Monroe, Mi those guys weren’t eager to help at all even told me they couldn’t work on it after making me wait smh. But to Adam and crew thanks again!
We bought a CAT259D3 new from here - worst decision we ever made for equipment, hands down. The after service and support is non-existant. They NEVER have parts to fix it and never know where to get them. Just left there with another box of entirely wrong parts. The "parts manager" literally couldn't find simple parts for a CAT 259D3 that they literally sell. It was not even close to being the correct part after 3 trips there.
Had a smooth transaction with Dustin Bouton, very professional salesman highly recommended.
I arrived about 10 minutes before they opened, and they had already opened the gate. Everyone was super friendly and communicated excellently. It took about 15 minutes to be unloaded.
