If I schedule for work and don't show up, I would get fired. How could you, in good conscience, schedule someone for a time when you know you're going on vacation that day? Only to reschedule for 3 months after you get back. This place will charge you $400 to tell you nothing or what you already know. Ol Brenda (receptionist) needs a refresher course on common courtesy, I'm driving almost 2 hours to this Dr, got lost called there and she couldn't even tell me what the surrounding buildings were, she either drives to work blindfolded or someone peed in her Cheerios this morning, either way I was right next door to the place and she rescheduled me, I know there's a ridiculous wait time for the Dr but you don't have one minute of wiggle room, a patients time is just as valuable as a Dr's or at least it should be!
The wait time for your appointment is absolutely ridiculous. They require you there 15 minutes early for your appointment but you sit in the waiting room at LEAST an hour and a half! When complaining, I'm told the Dr ALWAYS runs at least that long behind and I should've been warned at scheduling. HOW is this best business practice?!!
