So far they have been quick to respond any time I had an issue. Always helpful.
Not happy with mbbs elimination of supported email service. This decision was made without regard to the hardship caused to the customer making changes to all account and companies I do business with. Time to move to a more reliable service anyway due to the numerous outages with mbbs😡😡👎🏼👎🏼

Our Internet service has been out for over eight days. We spoke with Carol at Michigan Broadband today, she seemed disinterested at best. When I ask how long before a technician could come out she stated that they do not tell her when they are coming or when they will contact us. We operate our business from our home and Internet is necessary, not just a convenience. we have been loyal customers for years and In the past Michigan Broadband has been responsive and helpful when we have had service issues.
