We have had service for over a month and not a glitch. Customer service rep, Jamie answered all of my questions and wasn't pushy at all. Our installer was great, asking exactly where we would like our box outside the house. I would highly recommend.
Internet out since Wednesday at 11 am. No storm, beautiful sunny days. No one can or will tell me what the problem is. I regret switching to this company

Not happy with mbbs elimination of supported email service. This decision was made without regard to the hardship caused to the customer making changes to all account and companies I do business with. Time to move to a more reliable service anyway due to the numerous outages with mbbs😡😡👎🏼👎🏼
