Called to set up an appointment and they said you have to see the psychiatrist first and they would refer you to someone. I asked why and waht would be covered in the appointment and she said I dont know im not in the room. I asked if there was someone she could ask and she said they dont know either that I should Google it it. Ill find somewhere else to go go

I went in asking for help and left feeling like money mattered more than my health. The interaction felt transactional, with more emphasis on follow-up appointments and payment than on listening to or helping me as a patient. That made an already difficult situation even harder.

DO NOT GO HERE. staff is rude, they're greedy and try to double bill you, their scheduling is no good - late, trying to reschedule at the last minute, etc. . Dr Joseph looks and acts like he basically could not possibly care less about your wellbeing. Whatever you are going through....this place will not help. Go anywhere else. Read other reviews - same here - terrible treatment, terrible billing, lack of empathy - they are just here for a money grab, your problems are not part of the equation. Dr. P is rude and misdiagnosed pstd for mania. You can be stuck up if you’re actually accurate with your diagnosis. Charged me 2 years later for a no show to an appt in livonia that I probably never scheduled bc I saw him at Troy. It’s weird that I am paying for the incompetence of other doctors. That is the reason for this review after 2 years seeing him. Hey, I’m passive aggressive with emotional dysfunction but the doctor would know that if he did his evaluation correctly.

This Doctor is a good doctor overall the treatment has helped comprehensively over past several years - highly recommend.
