We are a full service wildlife management company locally owned and operated. We specialize in live bat exclusions so bats can freely leave their roost with out being harmed. Once all wildlife have been remvoed we do all of the necessary repairs so the pest and other wildlife do not return. We do full service attic clean-ups and restorations. Very disappointed. Their "Services Near Me" web page says - "We provide bat removal services through out Michigan. We are willing to travel long distances for home owners who can not find a reputable bat removal company in their area." Despite this assurance, they were not willing to come up to the Charlevoix area - July 2018.
Terrible customer service and actual service. Theyâve been âtryingâ to exclude bats from our home for 3 months with no success. In fact the bats are getting worse! Last time a tech showed up, he left the caulk job half done and the empty bottle of caulk in our yard. When you call, the office acts like youâre from outer space. Find a better company for your bat problems.
