I spoke with Phil regarding some landlord/tenant concerns. Phil took my call immediately and talked to me like a human being. He was able to hear out my concerns in full without jumping in or interrupting. While the situation at hand was not applicable to him (it falls under small claims), he was very kind in his guidance and general suggestions.
