My experience was very good; the doctor was very thorough in explaining my options and the impact of each potential procedure. The office has also had very good follow up and reminders.
Was able to get help and be able to breathe again! Dr Dixon has a lot of knowledge in the field and his NPs/RNs/PAs were great when it came down to the procedure
I’ve been coming here since 2019. Dr. Dixon is awesome and takes the time to explain my options. I recently had the balloon sinuplasty to address my growing sinus issues. The team for the procedure and my post op was amazing. And they listen when you speak which is very important to me as a Black woman receiving medical treatment. I initially came in for sinus issues/headaches, and they were prompt, responsive and helpful from the start. I ended up getting a balloon sinuplasty done by Dr. Dixon. Throughout the healing process and post-op appointments, Dr. Dixon and his team have been incredibly helpful. I’d recommend to those looking for sinus relief and/or who are getting a sinuplasty done.
I go to their primary care offices and noticed signs for the balloon sinusplasty and finally made the decision to get it done and my breathing is so much better. I don’t have to deal with sinus headaches anymore and less post nasal drip. Dr. Dixon was extremely professional and protective of me as a patient. Haley also was extremely helpful in the stages of making me feel comfortable and helping me ease into the decision of getting the procedure done
