On 3/30 we had an appointment where my husband waited an hour and then left because he hadn't been helped. I called and spoke with Heather about the poor service and decided to give them another chance as we thought our dog might have a tumor and they were the only vet in the area that could get us in within a month. RecommendedIncredibly professional, thorough, caring, and kind. After years of getting subpar treatment from other vets, the entire staff here is excellent. And they have very fair pricing.
Do NOT take your pets here. I recently moved to the area and took my dogs here for ROUTINE vaccines. They tried to charge me one thousand dollars. Sadly, we had already submitted $750 before we realized this entire establishment was a scam. My significant other took them without me there (I am a nurse and was working the day he took them). They attempted to have me pay $300 more today for BOOSTERS. I called my veterinarian immediately who told me I did the right thing by leaving.
