Sister company goes by phoenixwheelandtire2 on Ebay (this location is known as phoenixwheelandtire). Agreed to sell me 4 tires with free shipping. I paid over $1300 immediately. Two days later, in response to my inquiry, they informed me the tires were no longer in stock, and canceled the purchase/refunded my money. Why offer to sell if you don't have the product? I can only imagine what grief I would have suffered if I'd not paid. Can't even leave negative feedback on Ebay profile, since the transaction was canceled.
Today I purchased 6 truck tires for my dully, 90 days same as cash is not true at this location. Before you buy on credit 90 days same as cash! Ask the cost for new tires to mount and balance only, then call other tire retail stores for the exact tires to mount and balance to compare the Price.
This place replaced some tires for me. One had a slow leak which I had to bring back in from Pontiac which was never resolved. When they changed my tires they managed to take my stock lug nuts and leave me some old beat up lug nuts. This place is terrible. Now I made a review like this about 2 years ago but this place managed to get all existing comments removed.
