The only good thing about this place is my psychiatrist. The receptionists are rude, if you have a case manager, they're time or help is non-existant unless they want you to sign your yearly paperwork that they won't even let you read, as for the head of the Washtenaw CMH just basically tells you that no matter what you say, it's untrue. In MY opinion this woman is more than rude, she likes to yell at you a lot as well. My therapist is nice as well, other than that I would recommend you try somewhere else, anywhere else!!
