This second time I've purchased used appliances from this business. They have a large selection of updated appliances. They include free delivery I believe within a 10 mile area. Store staff, knowledgeable and courteous. Deliver staff professional, didn't damage anything during delivery.
Michigan Appliance Repair came out to my house at least 4 times and to the tune of over $500. Never had parts in stock for my GE dryer so everything was at least a week out to be ordered. Their approach to fixing it seemed to be “well let’s try this and see” that just resulted in me spending a ton of money and putting in multiple new parts only to have the same issue still. Worst customer service I ever dealt with. Refuse to give you a price in writing. For the part and repair after they look at it. They take your money and run And when you call for quotation they say that they will not give you a quoted price. You just have to have them install the part and they'll tell you how much it is at the end of the job. Would never recommend. Scam reported to better Business bureau.
