Called and made an appointment and was given a time frame. No one ever showed up. Called the next morning and was told that their truck was broken down. Would have been nice to have been notified. Was given another appointment for a different day and a new time frame. Called that day to make sure appointment was still happening. No one answered the phone until over an hour later. Chris called before arrival. He did a VERY good job. Took his time to make sure he got all the vents. Respectful of our home, friendly and polite. Will always use this company for our air duct cleanings. Thank you, Michigan Air Duct Cleaing Co!!
