Very nice first appointment. So it was a surprise when this practitioner did not show up to the next appointment. They offered no explanation and no apology. I drove from 40 minutes away with a friend who had some serious health concerns to our appointment we made weeks in advance. It was very disappointing to find an empty locked building. After calling and leaving a message about the missed appointment I received zero explanation for what had happened. In fact, no communication at all.
