Best OB/GYN in El Paso Dr. Noe has helped my wife more than any physician ever could. He is knowledgeable and caring with a great sense of humor and bedside etiquette. If you are looking for a doctor to hold your hand and tell you what you only what you want to hear, go somewhere else. If you are looking for a great doctor that knows what he is doing and cares about you as a patient, you could not find a better doctor!
