Had such a great first visit at Michiana Vet! They took great care of my new cat Franklin and I look forward to bringing him here for all of his needs.
I brought this resue dog my girlfriend saved off Facebook. The vet stabbed her neck a dozen times or more trying to get a blood draw. Finally giving up and having an assistant perform the draw. The visit was $428. They then quoted me $600 to spay the dog 630 to 650 if she went into heat. The day before the surgery I received an email with an estimate. The estimate was for $977-$1249. They're wonderful vets, but you better have a crystal ball to know to book your appointment 3 weeks before your animal needs them. They just don't have the availability to see a furbaby that needs medical attention today or tomorrow. Sorry 😔 thought I found a keeper. Have no idea what to do about the credit that should be sitting in my account. I guess give it to someone who needs it because I won't be back.
