avoid it if you can I had to wait forever! Very poor service, one tech started to help me, then he "had to go", another was called and started the X-Ray all over again, then called another one! Unbelievable! The dentist didn't even show me what tooth needed the filling! Avoid the place!
Don't even go in This dentist's office could possibly be the most terrible I have ever seen. First I had to wait two hours after my scheduled appointment and the room was way overbooked. When I finally got in to get a cleaning, they kept asking if I had got X-Rays done, when I specifically asked not to get any. They did not know how to use thier own equipment and they ended up cutting my gums open multiple times. Shady place, should have trusted my gut. Gentle Dental. Iâm writing for a few people who have had the regret of going to them for services. It does appear that they've got some kind of scam going on. What makes it worse, is their receptionist knowingly aid these offices in there deception. Hiding behind their sweet talk. Only to agree with you on how BAD the services are, after the fact, and not reporting any of the verbal abuse of patients to their superiors. great dentist this is a great dentist for children. they are great with kids i have taken my kids there since they were 4 and have had no problems. the staff are very nice.i would recommand them to anybody.the office is clean and there is not a long wait before they call you.
Don't go there They charge your insurance for services they do not do. In my case I went in for some work and wanted my teeth cleaned. The dentist told me I didn't need them cleaned. My insurance was charged $80.00 for a cleaning that was not done. Also work is not done well.
