Waited forever for them to schedule son's sleep study. While waiting insurance changed. Once I finally was able to talk to whomever was supposed to schedule the sleep study she told me she tried to schedule it months ago, but since the insurance had changed she couldn't. When I asked why she didn't call for new insurance information she said she forgot.
