I was skeptical going back to michiana family dental however they have new people that I've never seen before. My visit was one of the most welcoming visits I've ever had at a dentist office. Dr Kaiser is very knowledgeable and his assistant Joanna very good at filling teeth. My granddaughter had a tooth that she needed to have the cavity drilled out and Joanna refilled it so perfect that my granddaughter said it felt so smooth smoother than her actual teeth. Mya, one of the two receptionists there, offers amazing customer service. She is friendly and customer service oriented and expedient. You can feel her smile through the phone. She tries hard to accommodate. Please recognize her excellence in customer service, dear office manager, Kari.

I'm very pleased with the care I've received at Michiana Family Dental. Everyone is kind, and very friendly. Dr. Keiser and Marci are the best. They explained everything they were going to do to me.
I’m a very understand person. I rarely never make a review unless I had really horrible experience.Unfortunately, I had an awful experience there. It’s nothing to do with the techs and doctors are really nice. It was the front desk and checkout.The lady’s at the front desk’s are rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. And really need an attitude check.I work front desk at a doctor office and they should have better customer service. I won’t be coming back.
