I was skeptical and a little worried about making my appointment at Michiana Family Dental based on the reviews. I had the pleasure of being with Ally for my appointment and she was awesome! Ally eased my dental anxiety, answered all my questions, explained what to expect during the appointment and informed me of any costs before the cleaning was completed. If you are like me and deciding based on the reviews to come here I would recommend requesting either Ally or Ty! There’s a reason these girls are 5 stars.
I hadn't gone to the dentist in like 10 years and was really embarassed about my (lack of) oral health. But everyone, from the receptionist who scheduled my appt to everyone who was there when i came in, was incredibly kind and put me at ease. My hygienist Ty was especially wonderful. She made me feel really comfortable and not self-conscious. I also needed two follow-ups in a tight timeline and she worked some miracles to schedule me two more appointments in the next week. I hightly recommend Michiana Family Dental!
