There was no supervision. I learned later the student had never given a perm. THE worst: There was NO SUPERVISION, NO TRAINING IN VIVO. I did not ask for a spiral curl, have never had one. I wanted body and waves. WHAT I got is OVER PROCESSED DRY STRAIGHT HAIR. After putting in all those rollers, and then PULLING them out while I yelled OUCH (omigod she pulled them, didn't unwrap them!)
